To mass import from a file go to 

1. Company settings

2. Import / Export

3. Click green import button

4. Select your file (Need to be a .CSV file)


5A. Select Account/contact (for existing customers)

    - 5A1. Select what user/users that are responsible for these accounts and contacts. (If no user is selected the accounts and contacts are imported to your database but not displayed in the system. You can however search and add them later.)

    - 5A2. Mapp your column headers to standard or custom data field in Salesbox

    - 5A3. Click Submit


5B. Select Leads (for potentially NEW customers OR potentially new deals on Existing customers)

    - 5B1. Fill out the form and select what user that are responsible for these accounts and contacts. (If no user is selected the accounts and contacts are imported as leads to your delegation list and can later be assigned to specific users, or they can go and "Assign to me")

    - 5B2. Mapp your column headers to standard or custom data field in Salesbox

    - 5B3. Click Submit

    - 5B4. Select if you want a task to qualify the lead connected to each imported lead.


5C. Select Call list (for potentially NEW customers OR Existing customers)

    - 5C1. Fill out the form and select what user that are responsible for this list

    - 5C2. Mapp your column headers to standard or custom data field in Salesbox

    - 5C3. Click Submit


Maximum 2000 rows can be imported in one batch. To connect a contact to an account, the account and contact need to be on the same row in your file.


Salesbox has sophisticated duplicate controls, this means you can redo your import without risking any duplicates. Salesbox import will only enrich your existing information if new data is found.

- Import and get 2-way sync from your smartphone or tablet on selected contacts

- Import and get 2-way sync from your Google account on selected contacts

- Import and get 2-way sync from your Outlook account on selected contacts

- Import from LinkedIn with Salesbox’s LinkedIn Lead clipper

- Import from Outlook, open the Salesbox panel to the right and click Add contact when on an email coming from a person not inside your Salesbox account.
