From the pipeline

1. Go to Qualified deals section

2. Click the plus sign

3. Select the tab Qualified deal if not already chosen

4. Start typing the name of the company you want to add (account) in the account row and select the preferred one from the dropdown 

5. Start typing the name of the contact you want to add in the contact row and select the preferred one from the dropdown 

6. Write a description 

7. Select what product group/groups the things you are going to sell are located within

8. Select what sales process to apply

9. Select expected closure date

10. Click the plus sig to add the products you are going to sell, one order row for each product 

11. Click Done


From system header

1. Click the plus sign in the system header

2. Select Add qualified deal

From a contact or account

1A. Click the 3 dot icon in the list row and select Add qualified deal

1B. Open the account or contact card in the right side panel and click the plus sign next to the icons and select Add qualified deal
