• In Salesbox, a qualified deal can be converted from an unqualified deal or be created new right from the pipeline screen.


  • To mannually create a qualified deal, from the pipeline screen, click on the plus (+) sign on the top right of the screen, a window pops up, fill in as many details as you can. The more information you fill in, the easier you keep track on this deal. A deal can not be successfully created if the required fields miss out information.


  • To edit a deal or order, from its detail view, click on edit icon on the top right corner. The edit window pops up, you can edit any information as you want.


  • Similarly, to delete a deal, you can either choose delete from 3-dot action button on list view or on detail view. A confirmation message pops up, click yes to confirm the deletion, click no to cancel the deletion. You should be well aware that when deleting a deal, this deal along with all of its active tasks, appointments will be removed as well.
