Click on the Done check circle icon in the list to set the Task as done.


If a Tasks has a Focus on a step in a sales process, the Task gets set as done when the step in the process is marked as done. Call back Tasks are also set as done when the call has been performed.

If a task is connected to a lead and is of type Identify lead contact, Qualify lead or Follow up lead it will be set as done when the lead is done or converted to an opportunity or order.
