The Salesbox app for Apple watch is limited in functionality compared to the iPhone version. You can still perform most of the regular actions you do throughout a workday in business.


Notifications

You get all notifications also on your Apple watch. 

- Some of these redirect you to the correct location in the watch version and if no such pace exist you get a message to open it on your iPhone.

- Task reminders give you the option to "Set as done" or reschedule directly from the message on your watch

- You can accept/decline delegated tasks/leads directly from the notification on your watch


Tasks

You get your current week's tasks displayed on your watch. If you click on a task you get to the task's detailed screen. From there you can:

    - Set as done

    - Call the contact

    - Delete

    - Get a route to the contact


Leads (Unqualified deals)

You get your coming 50 leads displayed on your watch. Salesbox displays leads with deadline that is maximum 60 days before today and leads with no deadline set. If you click on a lead you get to the lead's detailed screen. From there you can:

    - Set as done

    - Call the contact

    - Delete

    - Get a route to the contact


Delegation

From delegation you can manage tasks and leads with no responsible person. If you click on a task / Lead you get to the Task's/Lead's detailed screen. From there you can:

- You can assign a task/lead to some else 

- Assign to your self. 

If you assign to someone else you can also add a note by talking and set date/time for when it's supposed to be done.


Opportunities (Qualified deals)

You get your coming 50 opportunities displayed on your watch. Salesbox displays opportunities with closure date that is maximum 60 days before today. If you click on an opportunity you get to the opportunity's detailed screen. From there you can:

    - Set as won / lost

    - Call the contact

    - Delete

    - Get a route to the contact

    - Check steps in your process

    - Add a note (voice)

    - Read previous notes (If the text is long, just click on the note to maximise the note, click again collapse the note)


Accounts

Get a list of the 200 accounts you recently interacted with. If you click on an account you get to the account's detailed screen. From there you can:

    - Call the account

    - Delete

    - Get a route to the account

    - Add a note (voice)

    - Read previous notes (If the text is long, just click on the note to maximise the note, click again collapse the note)


Contacts

Get a list of the 200 contacts you recently interacted with. If you click on a contact you get to the contact's detailed screen. From there you can:

    - Call the contact

    - Delete

    - Get a route to the contact

    - Add a note (voice)

    - Read previous notes (If the text is long, just click on the note to maximise the note, click again collapse the note)


Appointments

You get your current week's appointments displayed on your watch. If you click on an appointment you get to the appointment's detailed screen. From there you can:

    - Call the contact

    - Delete

    - Get a route to the contact


Insights

In the Insights section you can track how you are doing compared to your targets. You can swipe left/right to move between Daily, Weekly and Monthly insights.


In Daily section you can track:

- Dials, Calls and booked appointments (appointments you have booked, not performed ) 

- Time period: today


In Weekly section you can track:

- Added leads, Converted leads to opportunities/orders and added opportunities

- Time period: current week


In Monthly section you can track:

- Added opportunities, Added orders and closed sales

- Time period: current month


Scroll up/down to shift between target circles and lists. The lists tells you exactly how many you have done and your target. If the circles reach 100% you get a surprise.
