Units are the same as department, within your Company, that you want to keep separated in Salesbox for different reasons. Users entitled Managers in Salesbox have predefined User Rights to Write, Read and Delete all User’s objects in Salesbox.
To set up Units you need Admin rights, those are managed in Company settings –> Rights. Use the Arrows on the top of the screen and navigate to Admin and check the circle.
To set up Units. Go to Company settings –> Organisation. On Salesbox iOS, click the Unit icon, hold, drag and drop into the open surface and enter the information asked for on the screen. On the computer, click the Unit icon to the right on the screen and enter the information asked for, click Done.
