In Salesbox, leads have two status of active and historic or done. Active leads are those you are still working on and historic/done leads are those leads that are either converted into opportunities or orders or get no interests from customers. Active view is on when the counter-clockwise is grey color and green color means that you’re in historic view.
- You can set a lead as done by clicking on the checkbox button on list view, it will be moved to historic view. From here, you can just leave it as it is if it got no interest is from the customer or you can still convert it to an opportunity or an order. To do so, click on 3-dot action button and choose “convert to opportunity” or “convert to an order”
- When an active lead is converted to an opportunity or an order, this lead will be moved to historic lead view as well
- When a lead is set as done or converted to an opportunity or an order, all of its tasks with focus of identify lead contact and/or qualify a lead will be automatically deleted.
