Salesbox enables users to take various actions dynamically on leads. From list view or detail view, you can click on 3-dot action button to open up the action list of Update status, Convert to opportunity, Convert to order, Edit account, Add to account, Edit contact, Add to contact, Edit, Delegate, Delete
What you should note here is that a lead can come from one of your existing customer or it may come from a new potential one that you haven’t worked with before. Therefore, in later case, the account and/or contact does not necessarily exist in your account/contact list. If you want to add them into your contact/account list at this stage, you can choose “Add to contact” / “Add to account”. Otherwise, if this lead is converted to an opportunity or order later, the contact/account will be automatically added into your contact/account list.
