Salesbox can sync emails from Google/Office 365 account.

Click the cogwheel icon at the bottom of the main left menu. 

1. Go to My settings

2. Choose Add-ons in the left side menu

Google emails

1. Link your Google account. (Need to be the same you are logged into on your browser)

2. Click Sync mails

The sync is now turned on and any mails sent from this linked google account to contact's email or account's email will be tracked in Latest communication field in this account/contact. System also tracks all emails sent from contact's email or account's email to linked google account.
